This is my 5th year teaching at Woodland Elementary, and am very excited to be your child's 3rd grade teacher! Throughout my career I have taught Pre-K, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and reading.  I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was in the 4th grade, and I am very thankful that I get to come to my dream job each day! 

 

I believe that each child's ideas & learning styles are valuable to the community of a classroom.  We all have knowledge to share and we are challenged when we listen to those around us.  By providing a safe and comfortable place to be, this shared learning will exceed all expectations.

I am married to my husband, Jeff, and we have 3 children:  Carter (14), Parker (12), and Avery (10).  These 3 keep us busy, but we wouldn't want it any other way!  We also have a turtle and 2 hermit crabs.
